Returns and Exchanges
1 - Pack all the items in the original packing, unused with labels still attached.
2 - Pop your dispatch note in the bag, circling which items you are returning and your reason for return. If you have lost it just write the info on a piece of paper.
3 - Send the parcel to this address:

4 - We will let you know when we have received the parcel and processed your refund
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to
return any purchased items within 14 calendar days from the moment of
receiving those items from us. The items can be returned provided they are
unused and in their original packaging with all labels still attached -
with the exception of shirts and blouses
which must be unopened.
Returns shipping fees are the
responsibility of the sender.
We will notify you once we
have received and processed your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days.
