Delivery Info
CLICK AND COLLECT
You can use our FREE click and collect service – just select ‘Collect from Store’ at checkout. We will send you an email confirmation of your order and a second email when the order has been picked and is ready to be collected. Please bring your order confirmation email with you, printed or viewable on your phone to collect your order. Our aim is to have your order ready the same day, however during busy periods (June-August) this extends to 2-3 working days.
DELIVERY
STANDARD DELIVERY
Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail 2-5 days after being shipped.
Standard delivery is charged at £4.00.
Orders placed after 3.00pm will be sent the following working day. Orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be sent on the coming Monday.
We do not ship on Bank Holidays.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you are in a rush, we can deliver your parcel via Special Delivery – please contact us for more details on this service.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We can use an international courier to deliver your order to most places in the World within 10 working days.
